I help you sort through a house and get to the other side of it — usually because a move, a sale or a loss left you holding all of it at once. Sorting, deciding, carrying, and an extra pair of hands on the days it's too much.

• Sort a house or a single room, at your pace
• Decide what to keep, sell, donate or let go
• Be the extra pair of hands on the heavy, slow days
• Get a house ready for a move or a sale
• The boxes nobody wants to open — photos, paperwork, the closet at the top of the stairs
• Point you to the right local pros: movers, junk removal, appraisers, estate sales

What I don't do

Everything stays in the house. I'm not a moving company or a junk hauler — nothing gets taken out, dropped off or returned, and I don't run errands. When something does need to leave, I'll point you to someone good.
