A one-page website · Buffalo, NY
Get your business online for $29.
You need a website. Not a second mortgage.
One page. Your name, what you do, your phone number, your hours. I build it, it goes live, and you get back to running your business.
One time. Nothing recurring. Nothing to log into.
Sample page
Burst pipes, backed-up drains, water heaters, and the leak you've been ignoring since spring. Family-run, on call seven days.

What you get for $29
- One page at a real web address, built to be read on a phone first — that's where people look you up.
- Your business name, a short description, and the services you actually offer.
- Phone number, email, hours, and the area you serve.
- A big call button, because that's what people came to do.
- Up to 10 towns you work in, listed plainly, if that's how your customers search.
- Built, published and hosted by me. Usually within two business days.
You send the information after you pay. No form to fill out first, no account to create, no demo to sit through, no homework.
How ordering works
- Pay the $29. That's the whole commitment. No retainer, no deposit, no "let's circle back."
- Send me your information. I email you a short list of questions — name, what you do, phone, hours, service area, anything a customer should know. Ten minutes of your time.
- I build it and send you the link. Usually two business days. Tell me what's wrong and I fix it.
No consultation. No discovery call. No proposal. Nobody asks about your brand journey.
Buy me lunch.
Get a website.
That's the pricing strategy. $29 is about what lunch costs, so that's about what a website costs.

Let's get you online
Pay, send me your details, get a link you can put on a card, on the truck, in a text, or on the Facebook page you already have.
Questions first? Call or text (716) 254-1020. I answer my own phone.
What's included
- Design, build and publishing
- Hosting and the security certificate
- One round of corrections after you see it
- Mobile layout, large readable type
What isn't
- Extra pages, online stores, booking systems
- Email hosting, or a custom domain — a domain can usually be arranged, ask me first
- Ongoing monthly edits, SEO campaigns, a logo drawn from scratch
If you need five pages, a store, or somebody to babysit your website every month, I'm the wrong call — and I'll tell you that instead of taking your $29.
Questions
Is this a real website?
Yes. A real page at a real address that anyone can open and search engines can index. It's one page, not a sprawling site — that's the entire point.
Do I need a domain name?
No. Your page lives at an address like fastpages.online/your-business, and that's plenty for a card, a van or a text message. If you already own a domain, it can usually be pointed at your page — ask me before you pay so I can tell you what it costs.
I already have a Facebook page. Why would I need this?
Keep the Facebook page. What you don't have is a link that opens instantly — no login wall, no pop-up asking people to follow you, no scrolling past somebody's cousin's argument. Put this one on the truck.
How long does it take?
Usually two business days from the moment you send your information. If it's going to be longer, you'll hear it from me, not from silence.
Do I have to be good with computers?
No. You answer a short list of questions by email. I do the rest. When it's done you get a link, and you can text that link to anyone.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. $29 once, hosting included, nothing recurring. Less than a dollar a day? No. Just $29, one time.
What if I want to change something later?
Email me. A typo, a new phone number, different hours — send it over and I'll fix it. You're not opening a ticket with a call center. It's me.
Why so cheap?
Because it's one page and there's no agency behind it — no five-person team, no project manager, no invoice for "strategy." Buy me lunch, get a website.
Say hello
Call or text (716) 254-1020, or email [email protected]. I'm in Buffalo and I answer my own messages — usually within a few hours during the day.
And if this won't work for what you need, I'd rather tell you than take your $29.
